  • The Committee of Adjustment will consider Applications for Consent to subdivide the property into two separate parcels of land. It is proposed to demolish the existing dwelling and construct a new semi-detached dwelling with one dwelling unit on each of the newly created parcels.
  • The Committee of Adjustment will also consider Applications for Minor Variances to permit reduced lot widths, lot areas, and increased building heights for the proposed construction of a new semi-detached dwelling. The existing two-storey dwelling is to be demolished.
