The Committee of Adjustment will consider an Application for Minor Variances for a reduced lot area and reduced rear and corner side yards for the construction of a detached dwelling with a secondary dwelling unit over the attached garage.
The Committee of Adjustment considered an Application for Minor Variances to permit an increased building height and an increased cumulative floor area for the construction of 2-storey detached garage on the east side of the property.
84-90 Doane No decision
The Committee of Adjustment will consider Applications for Consent to subdivide the property into four separate parcels of land in order to establish separate ownerships for each of the four existing two-storey townhouse dwelling units.
The Committee of Adjustment considered an Application for Minor Variances to permit a reduced setback from the Normal High-Water mark of the Ottawa River and an increased projection of the attached garage. It is proposed to demolish the existing dwelling and to construct a two-storey detached dwelling.
The Committee of Adjustment considered an Application for Minor Variance to permit an increase in building height. The Owner has constructed a three-storey detached dwelling and it has been discovered that the height of the dwelling is not in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning By-law.
