- To permit reduced lot areas and widths and increased height for the construction of a semi-detached dwelling. The existing detached dwelling will be demolished.
830 Alpine – Adjourned to a later date
- To subdivide the property into five separate parcels of land for the construction of two semi-detached dwellings and one detached dwelling. It is proposed to convey portions of the property to 836 Alpine for the construction the detached dwelling. The existing dwellings are to be demolished.
- To permit reduced lot areas, lot widths, interior side, total interior side, front and back setbacks, increased height and to permit increased projections for decks and a staircase. It is proposed to demolish the existing dwellings and to construct a detached dwelling and two semi-detached dwellings on the newly created parcels.
- To permit a reduced combined interior side yard setback for the existing semi-detached dwelling, with one dwelling unit on each of the newly created parcels.
- To subdivide the property into two separate parcels of land in order to establish separate ownerships for the existing semi-detached dwelling.
- To permit reduced rear yard setbacks, rear yard areas and to permit driveways to be located between the front wall and the street, for the construction of two detached dwellings with an updated design for each dwelling.
