The Committee of Adjustment will consider an Application for Minor Variances to permit a reduced front yard setback for the construction of a two-and-a-half-storey addition at the front of the existing dwelling.

The application materials made available online include the Public Notice and Circulation Map, as well as Surveys, Site Plans and Elevation Drawings, where applicable. Please also note that it would be appreciated if comments on applications to be heard on August 18, 2021 could be submitted by August 11, 2021.
