Recognizing Bay Ward residents Leona and Bob Bolivar
It was a privilege to meet with the Mrs. Leona Bolivar and her sons this past week to recognize the bench commemorating both her and her late husband Mr. Bob Bolivar. The Bolivar’s are longtime resident who committed many years to caring for the gardens located by the Regina building on Poulin. Sadly Mr. Bolivar passed away earlier this year but was fortunate to see the bench plaque when it was initially installed back in November. Special thanks to Tish Barr for helping to make this happen.
