The City will focus on hiring summer students for critical roles supporting essential services for summer 2021.
We have more than 70 summer jobs for students aged 16 and over. There are a few jobs within Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services for students aged 15 and over. We’re looking to fill a large variety of jobs, including working in finance, parks, research and administration.
The deadline to apply for most jobs is Friday, February 26.
Applications for positions in Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services will be accepted throughout the spring and summer to meet program requirements. Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services hires for many summer positions, including lifeguards, swim instructors and camp counsellors. Inclusive Recreation requires people to work with clients who have special needs and participate in City summer camps. These jobs provide excellent work experience and promote strong leadership and interpersonal skills – and the flexible hours of work can fit your busy schedule.
