Borshch Cook-Off on Sunday, June 2 at the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral (1000 Byron Avenue).
Come to sample regional recipes of borshch from Ukraine and then vote for your favourite one!
The event starts at 12pm and is open to the public.
The Ukrainian Women’s Association of Canada’s borshch will be available for sale to take home.
