Booking fees include baking time up to 3 hours with at least 90 minutes of live-fire baking. At least one oven operator must be in attendance during the whole oven operation to ensure fire and food safety. The fee includes access to all the cooking tools in the oven inventory. The booking group is responsible to cover the cost of the items that are damaged beyond repair during their event.

Oven operator team membership fees for 2019
Oven operator fee per year is $25.00
Residents of Ottawa who have food handler certificate from the City of Ottawa are eligible to sign the oven operator agreement after receiving the training to operate the oven safely. Oven operator fees are waived for the subsequent year for operators who volunteer for a minimum of 8 hours per year.
