City staff will be on hand to present the City’s Climate Change Master Plan.
Environmental groups will also be there to answer questions about how to make a difference in our community.
Date: March 4th, 2020 at 7 pm to Ron Kolbus in the Atrium
Purpose: To showcase climate action across the city. Residents will be able to learn more about the City’s Climate Change Master Plan and how they as individuals and a community can take action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Public climate action will be key in helping us to reach our target of 100% reduction in emissions by 2050. CCR will be consulting with residents to find out what actions they are already doing to address the climate emergency and what support and information they would like from the City to help them take action. This feedback will help to inform our communications and engagement plan going forward.
