Britannia Park November 11 at 9:00am
On Remembrance Day we give thanks and remember those who served their country.
Please join me on Friday November 11th at 9:00am at the Blood Red Memorial flagpole located in Britannia Park, by the Trolley Station, on November 11th at 9:00 am for a Remembrance Day Ceremony.
Several members of the Northwest One Choir will be performing and there will be a reading of In Flanders Field followed by two minutes of silence and the Last Post. The ceremony is open to all members of the Bay Ward community. Military and Veterans are welcome and encouraged to wear their medals. Please note there is no seating provided. Residents are welcome to bring a chair if needed.
