The application is for 2 Towers of 37 storeys and 40 storeys, for a total of 511-584 units, with 4 levels of underground parking (two under each building). The information update contained a more fulsome landscaping plan, providing a look at how the site itself would function in conjunction with the surrounding buildings, and access to the LRT Station.
We expect to see the application come to Planning and Housing Committee in the later Spring. When we have a date for Committee residents will be notified.
