This week, I had the pleasure of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the development at 3430 Carling. Crystal Beach and Crystal Bay are vibrant and unique neighbourhoods, and this project will bring more diverse housing options and 186 units, to the area.
This is great news for DND employees working at the Moodie campus, as the development will feature two six-storey, mass timber buildings with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
A heartfelt thank you to the Community Association and residents who participated in discussions and consultations—your input has helped shape these exciting new additions to the neighbourhood!
