My office received the formal circulation of the planning application for 30 Cleary Avenue.
Please note the deadline date for comments is July 25, 2024.
The site is located at the northern extent of Cleary Avenue, north of Richmond Road, in the McKellar Park community of Ottawa. The applicant is proposing to develop a 6-storey residential building containing 66 affordable housing units in partnership with Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services, and a 16-storey residential tower containing 148 units.
