The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application to develop a seven, 16 and 28-storey building comprised of 565 residential units and the relocated Parkway House at the ground floor of the seven-storey building.
The development is planned to be completed in two phases. The seven-storey tower (which includes the
Parkway House), 16-storey tower, and western portion of the underground parking garage is to be constructed during Phase One. Phase Two will consist of the development of the 28-storey tower and the eastern portion of the underground parking garage. There is a singular access to the site located on Regina Street that transforms into a loop road internal to the site, which services all three buildings.
