The City of Ottawa’s goal during operations in support of the 2019 Ottawa Flood is to Maintain Public Confidence.
Through customer service excellence during the response phase the City was able to ensure that the City of Ottawa maintained public confidence. Our customers; those residents, businesses and visitors impacted by the historical flooding in Ottawa will continue to receive customer service excellence as we transition to the recovery phase.
