The Site Plan for 1940 Carling Avenue has been approved by staff.
The new building will include 58 units ranging in size from studio to two-bedroom apartments. The main entrance to the building is provided via a lobby on Carling Avenue. There are 30 parking spaces provided for residents and visitors in an underground parking garage. Access to the parking garage is provided from Carling Avenue. The seven storey building steps down at the rear to provide a transition to the low-rise residential to the south.
