The commenting period for 1047 Richmond Road Site Plan Control Application is open until October 21st.
The application is to begin construction of Tower A (Phase 1), for 1047 Richmond Road.
In 2023, the Ontario Land Tribunal approved applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning by-law amendment for this site. These approvals modified the maximum permitted building heights, setting a limit of 40 storeys (127 m) for the westerly tower and 38 storeys (121 m) for the easterly tower.

The application is to begin construction of the 36-storey high-rise building framed by a 3-storey podium. The proposed residential units range from studios to three-bedroom units with a total of 64 barrier-free accessible units distributed through the building. Commercial areas, intended for retail, are located on the ground floor with active entrances along Richmond Road.
