Click here to read the City’s 2018 10 Year Housing and Homelessness Plan progress report . The City, in our role as Service Manager under the Housing Services Act, 2011, has an obligation to report out annually to the public on their accomplishments under the 10 Year Plan.
The 10 Year Plan Progress report provides information on key achievements under the Plan in addition to planned initiatives underway in 2019 and beyond. The Report, oriented towards the public, is a tool to educate residents on key components of the housing and homelessness service system and system pressures that affect progress towards our Plan’s objectives. This year’s report includes information on housing and population highlights, centralized wait list statistics, affordable housing completions, Housing First outcomes, prevention investments, funding sources, and various indicators of emergency shelter usage.
